- Welcome to this unique course, where we use the power of mythology to better understand modern politics and global events. Myths are not just ancient stories—they are archetypal reflections of human nature. In this course, we will explore myths that provide deep insights into leadership, power, greed, isolation, and conflict. Our central figure is Donald Trump, a leader who has shaken the world. Is he a tragic hero like Narcissus, trapped in his own reflection? Is he a capricious Zeus, ruling with thunder and threats? Or is he a chaotic trickster like Loki, undermining old structures and reshaping the political landscape? In this course, you will go through six lessons, each based on a powerful myth. Every lesson includes: A detailed reading of the myth, as originally recorded in classical sources. An analysis of how the myth connects to Trump and modern world politics. A guided dream incubation session—a relaxing visualization exercise that helps you explore the lesson’s themes in your dreams. You are encouraged to share your dreams and insights in our private Facebook group, where we can dive even deeper into the wisdom of these ancient stories. Prepare for a journey through mythology—and into the psyche of the most powerful figures of our time.12
